The 3 B's of Breathing
BEGIN
: While breathing, one must count from 10 down to 1 and visualize the numbers each time.
BIG
: One must try to expand his/ her belly while inhaling.
BLOW
: One must try to exhale slowly by slightly closing his/ her mouth.
