The 3 B's of Bokeh

1. BRUSH: One must start by reducing the size of the brush and choosing a color. Then, one must brush upwards and leftwards at the same time.
2. BLUR: One must blur the bokeh by choosing the corresponding option. Afterwards, one must keep adding more layers.
3. BLEND: While using any color other than white, one must blend it in the layers palate.
