The 3 B's of Safe Bicycle Riding


  1. BE RESPONSIBLE: One must wear a bicycle helmet.
  2. BE PREDICTABLE: One must inform other drivers by using hand signals when turning or stopping.
  3. BE VISIBLE: It is recommended to wear bright clothing, lights and reflectors when it is dark.
